Breading Protein

Breading protein is not a hard process, but it can get really messy. Plus you can impart lots of flavor into the flour mixture that will make all of your dishes very tasty. Just remember to dry hand versus wet hand and you will be well in your way to delicious fried delights.

Size Matters

When someone asks me “Does size matter?” I say always. Keeping all of your ingredients to the same size allows everything to cook at the same rate.
