Italian Charity Event Workday 5

On Thursday October 8th, we packaged several things. Here is the work we completed.

1. Packaged 48 lasagna

2. Made and packaged 75 mushroom orders

3. Packaged 337 pieces of garlic bread

4. Labeled 93 meatballs orders

5. Labeled 103 chicken orders

This was a rather intense work session. We have a little bit of work left. In the upcoming workdays, we will be making more marinara, Bolognese, garlic bread and mushrooms.
