Italian Charity Event Workday 6

On our sixth workday, we really accomplished a large amount of work. We started working on Saturday, October 10 around 10:00 a.m. with 5 guys on the crew. Here are the tasks we completed.

  1. Made 18 additional gallons of marinara.

  2. Made 5 additional gallons of Bolognese.

  3. Made 130 additional stuffed mushrooms.

  4. Made 340 additional pieces of garlic bread.

  5. Boxed 24 additional pieces of lasagna.

  6. Re-packaged and added 1 meatball to 103 orders.

I know this doesn’t sound like that much work, but we were able to complete all of this work in just over 4 hours. Our team is seasoned and talented. We now only have a few tasks left to be ready for delivery day on October 17,.
