It is that time of the year, it is getting cold outside and the leaves are turning colors. It is time for some good old fashioned delicious homemade soup!

We are selling four kinds of soup by the quart:

1. Lobster Bisque($20) - Traditional lobster bisque great with a crusty old piece of bread

2. Vegetable Beef ($15)- Soup with braised beef and vegetables in a hearty beef stock

3. Italian Soup ($15) - This is my version of Zuppa Toscana, a simple sausage, potato and spinach soup in a luscious chicken stock

4. Cajun Black Bean Soup ($15) - I started making this soup during one of the Super Bowls in New Orleans. It has black beans with Andouille and Boudin sausages.
